Passionate Customer Engagement: 

Infuse every interaction with boundless enthusiasm and dedication, ensuring that every camper feels valued and empowered. 

Innovative Program Management: 

Spearhead the design and implementation of transformative programs that ignite curiosity and spark imagination. 

Meticulous Logistics Mastery: 

Ensure seamless operations and logistics, meticulously planning every detail to deliver flawless experiences. 

Empathetic Team Leadership: 

Lead with empathy and compassion, nurturing a culture of collaboration and support among our staff members. 

Continuous Improvement Advocacy: 

Champion a culture of continuous improvement, seeking out new opportunities to enhance our programs and services. 

The Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record. 
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in customer experience, program management, or adventure design. 

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. 
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. 
• Ability to work in-person at Kid Explorer Club's Chicago office year-round, and travel to camp locations during peak summer programming weeks. 
• Must have a valid driver's license.
