We're in search of an energetic and visionary individual to join us as our Galactic Gaga Ball Maestro. 

Position Overview:

As the Galactic Gaga Ball Maestro at Kid Explorer Club, you're not just a coach; you're a commander of gaga greatness. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create an atmosphere of boundless energy, inclusivity, and interstellar fun through the captivating game of Gaga Ball. 

Responsibilities: 

• Celestial Gaga Ball Session Planning: Craft out-of-this-world Gaga Ball sessions tailored for our diverse groups of young explorers within the Kid Explorer Club program. 
• Interstellar Instruction and Demonstration: Delightfully educate participants on the intricacies of Gaga Ball, employing your Jedi-like skills. Showcase flawless gameplay and ensure an environment that sparks joy and camaraderie. 
• Safety Stewardship: Champion safety protocols like a galactic guardian. Safeguard the well-being of our young astronauts by enforcing rules and guidelines during Gaga Ball sessions. 
• Skill Evolution: Design activities that propel the growth of participants' Gaga Ball skills, agility, and coordination. Bestow invaluable feedback, guiding children to ascend to new levels of gameplay. 
• Cosmic Game Facilitation: Lead Gaga Ball games with the finesse of a space-time maestro. Foster teamwork, fair play, and an atmosphere where every child feels like a star in their own galactic adventure. 
• Quantum Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the care and maintenance of Gaga Ball equipment. Ensure all gear is in pristine condition, ready to launch each session into the stratosphere. 

Qualifications: 

• Stellar passion for working with children and instilling a love for active, healthy living. 
• Masterful understanding of Gaga Ball rules and gameplay. 
• Interplanetary communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to command a group of children, creating an environment that radiates positivity and inclusivity. 

• Previous experience in leading recreational activities or sports coaching is a warp-speed bonus.
