The Role:

As an InnoGenius Counselor at Kid Explorer Club Corporation, you'll embark on a thrilling journey to ignite the spark of innovation and creativity in young minds. Leading campers through STEM-based projects and creative arts collaborations, you'll inspire them to tackle real-world challenges with enthusiasm and ingenuity.

What You'll Do:

Fostering Innovation:

Lead campers through pre-written curriculum, guiding them to collaborate on theme-based projects rooted in STEM and the creative arts.

Dynamic Engagement:

Bring the camp experience to life with unmatched energy and dedication, engaging campers in team-building activities, group games, and hands-on projects.

Ensuring Safety and Supervision:

Implement Kid Explorer Club's safety protocols to ensure the well-being of campers, including supervision, bathroom breaks, and emergency procedures.

Facilitating Learning and Exploration:

Lead morning meetings, group games, curriculum-specific activities, and transitions, nurturing campers' physical, social, and emotional development through hands-on exploration.

Representing the Brand:

Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador of Kid Explorer Club, building positive relationships with families and facility partners through your helpful and hands-on approach.

Contributing to the Camp Community:

Be a loyal and consistent team member, supporting fellow staff members and embracing flexibility in assignments to ensure the success of all programs on site.

Handling Challenges with Resilience:

About You:

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work around small children and in outdoor environments for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.
