At Kid Explorer Club, we're seeking a Multi-Sport Program Innovator to lead, inspire, and energize our campers through a dynamic array of sports and activities. As the driving force behind our sports program, you'll ignite enthusiasm, foster teamwork, and create unforgettable experiences for campers aged 5-12.

Responsibilities:

Igniting Passion:

• Serve as the mastermind behind our sports curriculum, infusing each activity with excitement, creativity, and innovation.
• Prepare and empower a team of counselors to execute our pre-designed curriculum with enthusiasm and excellence.

Championing Safety:

• Ensure the physical, social, and emotional well-being of campers, fostering a safe and supportive environment for all.
• Proactively address any behavioral or safety concerns, guiding both campers and counselors towards positive growth and development.

Leading by Example:

• Set the tone for each camp day, leading morning and afternoon meetings with energy, positivity, and a focus on excellence.
• Act as a mentor and role model for counselors, providing feedback, support, and encouragement to help them thrive.

Effective Communication:

• Anticipate and address any logistical or scheduling challenges, proactively finding solutions to ensure a seamless camp experience.
• Build strong relationships with parents and facility partners, representing Kid Explorer Club with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity.

Embracing Resilience:

• Approach each day with a solution-oriented mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.
• Adhere to camp policies and procedures, fostering a culture of accountability, responsibility, and excellence.

About You:

• Aged 20 or above, with a minimum of 2 years at an undergraduate institution or equivalent professional experience.
• Background in education and sports management preferred.
• First Aid & CPR Certification required, or ability to obtain before May 30, 2024.
