Responsibilities:
Bringing Our Brand to Life:
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Coordinator to handle daytime parent communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and updates with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Work seamlessly with the Headfirst Headquarters Team and on-site leadership to deliver unparalleled customer service during the aftercare hours, fostering strong relationships with families and ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
Setting the Stage for Camp:
- Expertly manage daily afternoon carpool logistics, from setup to breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for families and campers.
- Maintain inventory and organization of operational supplies, ensuring everything from popsicles to sunscreen is readily available to enhance the camper experience.
Being the Bridge:
- Adapt to various leadership or counselor roles as needed throughout the day to uphold camp operations and deliver a positive camper experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-of-day customer service, resolving issues and building rapport with families.
Ending the Day Strong:
- Oversee camper check-out and dismissal processes, ensuring administrative tasks are completed promptly and the campsite is tidied for the next day's activities.
- Lead an efficient and safe afternoon carpool, showcasing the energy and professionalism emblematic of Kid Explorer Club.
Being an Active Member of the Camp Team:
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to the camp and its campers, collaborating closely with the on-site team to ensure an exceptional experience for all.
About You:
- Completed at least three years of study at an accredited undergraduate institution or possess equivalent educational experience.
- Possess a minimum of three years of professional experience working with children across various age groups.
- Background in education, sports management, or child development fields is highly regarded.
Required Certification:
- First Aid & CPR Certification, with the ability to obtain Medication Administration Certification (MAT Training) if required.
